Its not actually a recipe, my friend just told me how she makes it. So it doesn't really have measurements or exact timing for it.
Pineapple Pork Chops
Brown pork chops in EVOO with salt and pepper and sage
Place pineapple rings on top of pork
Pour 3 small cans of pineapple juice over pork or 1/3 large can
simmer until pork is cooked through
(and sometimes she says that she takes some of the juice out so that it will carmelize on the pork)
